Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags and packaging).
  • Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and undergarments, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our support team via email: support@urbancontrive.com. Do not DM us on Instagram; we do not open DMs regularly, and your request will not be seen there.
  • Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and specify whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
  • Ship the Item Back: If returning an item, send it to our return address in its original condition.
  • Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or send out the exchange as per your preference.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all creation of shipping labels unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns involving sizing. The 10% restocking fee is waived in the event that a product is defective/damaged and can be clearly shown via image to our customer support team. 
  • Note: We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item was delayed or the shipping was canceled.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
