We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

• Certain items, including final sale items, gift cards, and undergarments, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Contact Us: Email our support team at support@urbancontrive.com within 14 days of delivery. Please do not contact us through Instagram DMs, as return requests must be handled through email.

• Provide Your Order Details: Include your order number and let us know whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.

• Receive Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide instructions for sending your item back.

• Send Your Item Back: Return the item in its original condition using the provided return instructions.

• Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Free Return Shipping

Urban Contrive covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns initiated within the 14-day return window.

There are no restocking fees on eligible returns or size-related returns.

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos so our support team can assist you.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us at support@urbancontrive.com and our team will help arrange your exchange.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original order was canceled before shipment or the shipping charge resulted from an error on our part.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
